Appointments
In order to serve you more efficiently we ask that you schedule appointments for all but emergency care. This allows us to give each patient and client our full attention.
If you are unable to schedule an appointment you may “drop-off” your cat and the doctor will examine it between appointments.

Emergencies
We see emergency cases during regular hospital hours. An appointment is not necessary. If the situation permits, please phone ahead so that we will be prepared to handle your special needs.
After hours emergencies are referred to the Veterinary Emergency Referral Center, Phone 477-3914 Doctors are on the premises during the night, on weekends and holidays. These doctors are present and prepared to handle emergency situations. They will continue to care for your pet until it can be transferred to Cat Clinic of Pensacola during normal business hours.
Payment
Our hospital requires payment when services are rendered. For your convenience in addition to cash we accept personal checks, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. It is the policy of this hospital not to extend credit.
